We're all about the Great Commission! Into the Nations (ITN) is the counterpart ministry that enhances the services and mission of Oasis of Peace (OOP). ITN was "birthed" last year and introduced to the Board of Directors in January 2009. As the evangelistic outreach division, ITN compliments the ministry vision by "going forth" into the harvest and bringing in lost souls. OOP counsels and restores them and places them in a loving fellowship or place of worship. As you can see, there are now two wonderful ministries in one!

We here at Oasis of Peace take this call seriously and believe that all ministries should include spreading the Gospel on a global level. Jesus spoke and delegated this order to ALL believers, not just those serving in the five-fold ministry. Hence, the foundational scripture reference to this newest addition to Oasis of Peace is straight from the lips of our Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ, just prior to His ascension. Jesus said it all in one scripture:

Mark 16:15 - "And he said to them, Go forth into all the world, and preach the gospel to every person."
vs. 16 - "He that believes and is baptized will be saved; but he that does not believe shall be condemned."
vs. 17 - "And these signs will follow them that believe: In my name they will cast out devils; they will speak with new languages;"
vs. 18 - "They will take up serpents; and if they drink anything deadly, it will not harm them; they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover."

Now that's the kind of restoration we are suppose to bring to humanity...stated by the Lord Himself. And He's OUR ROLE MODEL!
